TreeHouse build 2017.03.01 is here!
HTML-Kit Tools now supports high-resolution monitors up to 4K, and display scaling on all monitors. Previous versions didn't natively support high Dots-Per-Inch displays and as a result didn't look as crisp as this new build.
In addition to making the editor look better, Tools now remembers window sizes and positions for each monitor when there are two or more monitors. For example, if you move HTML-Kit to monitor #1 and arrange the Find dialog to show up at the best location, Tools will remember your preference tied to that particular monitor. This means that when you attach a second monitor, you'll have a separate set of window-placement preferences for monitor #2. I think you'll appreciate this rare feature on any multi-monitor setup but specially if you go back and forth laptop displays and external displays.
Note that any current window-placement preferences will reset with this build. Updating numerous aspects of the user interface to be high DPI-aware wasn't a quick fix and so inevitably some parts will appear out-of-place or at incorrect scale. Please let me know when you see these issues, preferably with a quick screen grab. And finally, if you experimenting with display scaling in Windows preferences, HTML-Kit will have to be reopened to match the current setting.
